Work environment
Employee safety and health are top priorities in the Gabriel
Group. Initiatives are implemented to ensure that both the
physical and psycho-social work environment complies with
national and international legislation.
When employees are on long-term sick leave or absent for an
extended period for other reasons, individual considerations
are always taken into consideration. This means, among other
things, that the company’s support for each employee is
tailored to the specific situation and individual needs.
