STATEMENT ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S has adopted a set of corporate governance recommendations, most recently
revised in December 2020. The recommendations on
corporate governance can be obtained from the Danish
Committee on Corporate Governance’s website, www.
corporategovernance.dk.
Gabriel Holding A/S has prepared the statutory statement
on corporate governance for the 2024/25 financial year
as per section 107b of the Danish Financial Statements
Act. The statement is available on the Group's website
www.gabriel.dk/investor/corporate-governance. The
statement covers the company’s work relating to the
recommendations on corporate governance. Gabriel
complies with 37 out of 40 recommendations.
Statement on data ethics policy
Gabriel has prepared a statutory statement on its data
ethics policy for the 2024/25 financial year in accordance with section 99d of the Danish Financial Statements Act. The report can be viewed or downloaded at
www.gabriel.dk/investor/reports.
Statement on diversity policy
The statutory statement on diversity policy in accordance
with Section 107d of the Danish Financial Statements Act
is incorporated into the 2024/25 sustainability statement.
