My first meeting with Gabriel for this book started with mud on the
shoes. “You simply have to see this!” The team’s dedication was unmistakable as we entered the excavation of the old turbine house
where Gabriel was born. That same dedication would turn out to run
through everything - the historical foundation, the intense focus on
product, the company culture, and the will to move forward with excellence as the only accepted measure.
Six chapters, six perspectives. The Strategists, who set direction and
see potential before it becomes visible. The Makers, who turn thread
into strength and listen for what machines cannot hear. The Guardians, who keep the company accountable to the future. The Innovators, who treat time as a requirement and complexity as a discipline.

later, is still evolving.
