THE CONNEC TORS
The showroom as a
deliberate relationship
machine
“If trust is the foundation,
experience is the invitation.“
In the markets, the showroom is a carefully designed
room that accelerates relationships by making the
brand physical.
As visual manager, Anja thinks about these spaces the
way a connector thinks about a conversation: what
does the customer feel first, and what does that feeling make possible? It can be as concrete as the floor
under your feet. A warm carpet signals care and comfort. A cold concrete surface or a raw wooden floor
signals something else entirely. The showroom becomes a small choreography: materials, surfaces and
details that let visitors sense what Gabriel stands for
before anyone starts talking.
In marketing, the goal is the red thread between everything the customer meets - campaigns, digital touchpoints, samples, presentation tools, showroom experience - so the brand feels coherent no matter where you
enter it. Anja describes the balance she keeps returning
to: tradition and craftsmanship on one side, newness
and “being one step ahead” on the other.
That coherence matters because textiles are tactile
truth. You can’t persuade someone to believe in a fabric at a distance. You have to let them touch it, move it
under light, compare it, imagine it. These are tools that
invite people to play and remember, because memory begins in the hands.
